Plantains & Caviar Sundays is a weekly celebration of Black electronic music and the global sounds that shaped today’s club culture. Rooted in Pan-African rhythms and curated by Black DJs, the night uplifts the genres, histories, and artists who are too often overlooked — from Afrobeat, Amapiano, House and Gqom to Dancehall, Baile Funk, Miami Bass, UKG, Jungle, and beyond. More than a party, PC Sundays is an act of restoration and community building: a space where culture is honoured, identities blend, and the dance floor reconnects with the true roots of electronic music while pushing it forward.
