Plantains & Caviar is a weekly Sunday residency celebrating Black and Pan-African electronic music and the cultural roots of the dance floor. Curated by Black DJs, the night highlights sounds like Afrobeat, Amapiano, House, Gqom, Dancehall, Baile Funk, Miami Bass, UKG, and Jungle — genres that have shaped global club culture but are often underrepresented locally. PC Sundays is about reclaiming space, building community, and honouring the origins of electronic music while creating room for the next wave.
